You have the right to return any items purchased from Kerenja. So long as the items are returned in their original condition, you will be fully refunded (including the original postage charge). You must let me know as soon as possible that you want to return an item, and you need to get them back to me within 14 days of recieving them. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.

Your personal information will be held and retained for a period of 6 months. After that time, your details willl be deleted. I will never send you marketing material. I will never share your information with any third parties.
